All orders will be delivered via our preferred courier, nationally and internationally. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
Please note that all duties and taxes that are incurred when importing goods to your specific country of residence are liable to the customer and will not be paid for by Love Soni.
When importing to the USA you may be required to supply your Social Security Number in order for your goods to clear customs.
We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
FREE Shipping on all orders over 60USD
Under 60USD there will be a Flat Rate of 20USD.
Orders are usually dispatched on the next working day following the date of order and delivery times are scheduled from this date.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email. Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day (UAE weekends are Friday & Saturday).
Please allow seven working days for delivery of goods from next working day of purchase. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Love Soni will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange (applicable to full priced goods only, sale items may only be exchanged) where goods:
are faulty (unless caused by you);
have been wrongly described;
are different to the goods that you ordered;
do not do what they are supposed to; or
have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.
If you wish for a refund, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase (Only applicable to full priced goods).
When returning the item/s shipping charges will not be reimbursed and will be paid for by the customer.
If you change your mind or make a wrong decision, we will happily assist you with an exchange, provided:
the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging and condition with all tags still intact;
the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
the goods are returned with proof of an exchange request within seven working days of delivery received date; and
the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
Goods will be exchanged for other items chosen by the customer or refunded to the original card of purchase once we receive the original goods from you. Return shipping must be a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Love Soni will take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
The original shipping charges are non refundable but; if you are exchanging for an alternative item (applicable to full price items only), Love Soni will cover the return shipping cost provided the items are returned via our specified courier (directions will be included in your original package). You will then be issued with credit to your account to use within one year of original purchase date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Download the Return’s Form here and email it to: email@example.com requesting a return authorization Control Number (CN).
Once your return/exchange has been approved, you will receive return courier instructions along with a returns sheet, a CN number, commercial invoice form and if entitled to Free return shipping; a courier account number to quote.
